Kath Lunny
Kath was introduced to the hospitality industry at a very young age in New Zealand, working in fine dining, popular cafes and busy bars.

At 20, Kath made her way to Melbourne to further her career in the industry, and for the past ten years has worked in and managed some of the cities top venues.

Kath is a director and the manager of Cabinet, and is committed to making the venue an integral part of Melbourne’s social culture.

 

Alan Bell
Alan began his hospitality career on Waiheke Island, a small island in Auckland Harbour, famed for it’s wineries, good eateries and boutique hotels. He then moved to Auckland city to obtain some more experience before making the move to Melbourne.

Alan is well known throughout the industry for his out-going personality, exceptional customer service skills and eye for detail


Melanie Pendray
Melanie obtained her chef qualifications in New Zealand and then travelled to Australia. Mel worked throughout the east coast and Melbourne in some busy and popular restaurants, gaining useful and knowledgeable experience.

Mel now, as head chef of Cabinet, experiments with dishes from our past, adding a modern twist to some retro classics. Mel adds her own style to comfort and “drinking” style food.
